Mood

Now I am blogging at here during my lunch time. I finish my lunch in half hour time and use the balance half hour time to write this post.

Suddenly feel want to write a post here but don't know what topic should I write, so I just put it as "Mood".

Now my mood is very low and down, maybe the burden along the way make me feel stressful and tire. Who can tell me how to release the stress to relax myself?

After half and hour is my working hour and I have to keep my mood away and concentrate on working again.

At last, wish you all "HAPPY EVERY DAYS".

If you have read this post and I will like to apologize to you cause I have wasted your time to see my nonsense.

四月刚刚上了一堂关于自己催眠,舍放压力的课程。学了一些皮毛,希望可以帮助到你哦!^^

你可以在家找最让你觉得舒服的地方,找个最舒服的姿势(最好是躺着),闭上眼睛,然后开始自己开始慢慢放松身体上的部分,例如脚指头,肩膀,眼睛等等..

进入状况以后,试试回想一下你最喜欢去的地方,想象一下那边的情景,气味,感觉,凉风..让你觉得舒服的都回想起来..

在进入状况享受以后,再慢慢的倒数,让自己醒过来。

人的脑很奇怪,就算人不在那边,但是脑的想象力却能呆在那儿..让你真真实实的感受得到~
